Our beautiful Yao Hill Tribe Purses have been directly sourced by us from the Hill Tribes in the North of Thailand. The Yao Tribe who live across the North of Thailand and the South West of China produce some of the most beautiful embroidery in the region.
We are on a mission to save this beautiful embroidery from dying out by establishing a market for this beautiful work, to this end Peter went out on his motorbike and met some of the ladies who sit at home embroidering, in their villages high up in the Golden Triangle, he came back with this great selection of Hill Tribe Embroidery.
Our Yao Flower Design Hill Tribe Purses come in Pink, Purple and Blue Colours, they measure 15 cm by 11 cm and are lined and fastened with a zip. As they are handmade the exact embroidery may vary slightly.
